This workout is intense. Time yourself to see how well you do. This is a great fit test before doing a workout program to see where you’re at and how much you improve after the program, but also it is still a lot of fun.
The 300 Fitness Challenge
• Pull-ups – 25 reps
• Deadlifts with 135lbs – 50 reps
• pushups – 50 reps
• 24 inch boxjumps – 50 reps
• floor wipers – 50 reps
• clean and press with 36lbs kettlebell – 50 reps (25 each arm)
• Pullups – 25 reps
